In the Bible But not in the Quran (53): Who Wanted to Hurt and Dishonor King David? The Biblical writers claim that King David Committed Adultery, Tried to conceal his crime by another crime, Commanded to kill one of his best soldiers to hide his crime of adultery etc.
However, Psalm 38:12, 56:2and 5, 102:8 and 140:2 give an idea about those who wanted to Harm and Dishonor the Prophet King David and why they were intended to ruin the reputation of King David? Those evil people seek to hurt, harm and dishonor King David physically and morally. On the other hand, the Noble Quran honors King David very much. Psalm 38:12, 56:2and 5, 102:8 and 140:2 give an idea about those who wanted to Harm and Dishonor the Prophet King David and why they were intended to spoil the reputation of King David? Those evil people seek to hurt, harm and dishonor King David physically and morally. Let us have a look about their activities all day long according to the Prophet King David What King David said in Psalm about those evil people? 1) They seek my life set their traps; all day long they plot deception. 2) Those slanderers pursue me all day long; for they are many that fight proudly against me. 3) All day long they twist my words; 4) They harm me talk of my ruin; 5) They reproach me all the day; 6) They devise evil plans in their hearts 7) They speak mischievous things, and meditate deceits all the day long. 8) All their thoughts are against me for evil. 9) They are mad against me do curse by me. 10) They rail against me; use my name as a curse 11) They stir up war every day; they continually gather together for war 12) They are always plotting to harm me But who are those who intentionally dishonored the Prophet King David in the Bible? They are the top Jewish priests, the religious leader of their people. Why they did that? Because: 1) David was from the tribe of Judah not from their tribe of Levi 2) David was a Prophet (they denied that) and they were not 3) David prophesized about the Prophet Muhammad, and this was the main cause for them to hate David and since then they did their best to ruin his reputation This issue will be discussed in the next article. ------------- Psalm 38:12, 56:2and 5, 102:8 and 140:2 in different versions of the Bible Psalm 38:12 New International Version 12 Those who seek my life set their traps, those who would harm me talk of my ruin; all day long they plot deception. He was obedient, always engaged in the worship of Allah. Lo! He was ever turning in repentance towards Allah, Indeed he was a penitent [soul]; always returning to what pleases Allah. The one which Allah blessed him like that would never ever have done anything malicious like that. According to the Noble Quran, anyone says or believe that King David or any other prophet 1) Committed Adultery, 2) Tried to conceal his crime by another crime, 3) Commanded to kill one of his best soldiers to hide his crime of adultery etc. will have a terrible journey's end, in the Hereafter and will dwell in the Eternal Fire. ========= Back to the main issue of my series of articles; this is my question to you smart readers: "Is the Quran quoted from the Bible?"
